Having never traveled to Italy before, we really need help with all aspects of transportation, hotels, and tours. Everything worked out perfectly, surprise-free, and smooth. Drivers showed up on time to take us to various destinations. Hotels were in perfect locations. Tours were spot-on. Roberta listened to our thoughts and concerns and made it a turn-key experience. As our stay involved visits to three different cities, auto and train transportation in Italy, Roberta created a seamless experience. She got us ready to go, with frequent reminders, checked in while were on the trip and called upon our return to see how everything went. We just returned from a cruise of a lifetime! I cannot thank Shelly enough. Let me say what a thorough, easy and incredible experience I had with Shelly!
First, a little background on our cruise. I have been working with Shelly for over 4 years on a cruise for 15 people in 4 cabins which includes my family and extended family, all of whom were first time cruisers except for my immediate family. Unfortunately due to Covid, we had to cancel our initial planned cruise for 2021. After all our hard work, we had to restart the entire process and rebook as soon as itineraries came out for 2023 in order to reserve the extremely limited rooms available on Royal Caribbean Oasis class ships. It was a long process, but I would not have done it any other way.
With that being said, if anyone is looking for a TA to provide a carefree process, look no further than Shelly. Shelly ensures all facets of coordinating a vacation for a customer are managed to perfection. However, it is his responsiveness which is the number one reason why he is such a valuable asset and what separates him from all other TAs. He takes pride in what he does and treats everything a client asks with his utmost priority. That is extremely important to me. After dealing with Shelly for 4 years, I found that I could always reach out to him on phone and he would answer the calls, or always return my texts within minutes. If he wasn’t available, he would always let me know the time he’d get back to me and he would never disappoint. Worse thing is people tell you they call, and you don’t hear from them for a few days or the following week. Not Shelly. If Shelly says he will do it, it gets done, no reminders necessary.
It’s no wonder we had an amazing and memorable cruise. This all started with the day I reached out to one person, Shelly!
We have since booked a number of cruises with Shelly for 2024 and 2025 and will continue to work with him well beyond 2025.

It was great to have Roberta set up our extra night in Amsterdam and arrange our transportation transfer. She found us a great location and our driver was very gracious in waiting the 2 hours it took us to get through passport control. Viking is the best cruise line we have experienced (out of 3). I don’t even know where to begin on how to explain my amazing summer Mexico Trip! Traveling nowadays because of Covid-19 is complex and not fun! Cruise Planners, Roberta Schwartz, was so efficient, professional, and customized my trip based off all my interest and hobbies! Regarding the COVID-19 protocol, they provided a step by step guide that was so easy to follow. She helped me with the all the unknowns by providing specific required details, links, air flight and hotel information. Roberta would check in with me to see where I was in the process to facilitate every step of the way. This helped enjoy my trip so much with everything already taken care of! I arrived at the hotel and the Covid test was already scheduled to be administered.
Now, let’s get to the fun part! The hotel called El Dorado Suites in Quintana Roo was spectacular! Roberta went above and beyond. The room had everything! A condo style suite with an indoor hot tub(super bonus!), and an infinity pool overlooking the vast beautiful ocean! The hotel staff were so kind. The hotel is all inclusive with excellent food and drinks. Roberta recommended going to the best places to have fun and adventure. Cozumel is a must! It has the best dives, snorkeling, and whale shark excursions(use Ocean Tours). Also, Talum has a great local restaurants with the best beachy vibes. Isla de Mujeres is breathe taking, and considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico. And don’t miss out on the unique cenotes! My trip was so special and adventurous! I highly recommend Cruise Planners for all your traveling needs! Everything was well planned out, prepared, and hassle free. I just had to show up and have fun! Shelly & Roberta helped me plan and organize my first cruise and my family’s first family cruise, and I would have been so stressed without them! They were always a quick phone call or email away, and responded in a very timely manner. I was very surprised by the affordable prices Shelly & Roberta had, almost always less than if I just went to the cruise lines website directly to book! They had little surprises put in each of our cabins during our vacation and they truly made all the difference. Anytime I would call Shelly to ask him about something he had already taken care of it! We also booked a shore excursion through them and it was much better than those offered by the cruise line! The price was half of what they were charging for it onboard the ships. I too make a living by earning commission; however, my priority is the satisfaction of my customers. The best part of the cruise for me was meeting you two, those who work for Pandora, and those, like me, who signed up to go on the cruise. I made so many wonderful new friends.
I enjoyed all the workshops, especially the trivia workshop. There was so much excitement in the room during the trivia workshop that it was amazing.
The Forget Me Knot workshop was great. I attended both workshops. It took me two sessions before I could actually tie the knots correctly. Thank goodness they passed out a little booklet or I’d be in trouble.
I enjoyed the questions and answers workshop. I got questions answered by the Pandora folks that I have been asking the stores for years and receiving an “I don’t know†answer.
The storytelling workshop was very interesting. Some of the stories were so sad, though.
I enjoyed the Spring 2012 Collection preview but would have loved to have been able to purchase the pieces in Cozumel or on the ship.
I enjoyed the raffles. All the gifts were awesome.
I love the cruise bead I received on registration day. It is the centerpiece on my new Pandora Unforgettable Moments Cruise 2012 bracelet.
The welcome and farewell events were great too. I loved meeting the Queen Bee. I’ve attached a picture I took of Shelly at the welcome event getting a kiss on the cheek from Her Majesty.
If I think of any ideas for next year’s cruise, I’ll send them your way. I’m still on a cruise-high and I haven’t come down yet.
