ABOUT US
Shelly Schwartz, ECCS, LCS and Roberta Schwartz, CTC, MCC together have over 50 years working in the travel industry, and consider ourselves to be "vacation matchmakers" - finding out what you need and getting you the right match for your dream vacation.
Shelly holds the highest level of certification in the cruise industry, Elite Cruise Counsellor Scholar, and is a cruise specialist for over 15 cruise lines, including Regent Seven Seas, Oceania, Princess and Cunard (Commodore), Celebrity, Royal Caribbean International, NCL, and Holland America. He is also an Aussie Specialist, a Certified Sandals Specialist and a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge.
Roberta was an Associate Professor in the School of Hospitality at Johnson & Wales University's North Miami campus, where she developed and taught the coursework for the Cruise Line Management concentration. She is also a recognized leader in sales and customer service training. Roberta has also been director of education for SATH, Society for Accessible Travel & Hospitality, which was inducted into the CLIA Hall of Fame. Recently, Roberta became the first travel agent to receive the Certified Accessible Travel Advocate designation, and also serves on the Accessible Travel Agent Advisory Board for Royal Caribbean brands. She is also an Aussie Specialist, as well as serving on the Advisory Board for Cruise Planners.
Also joining our staff are associates Jackie Shoemaker, Kelli Schwartz, Donna Lobel, and Maureen Lloyd-James, bringing experience and enthusiasm to our promise to deliver the most memorable vacations you can "imagine!"
